If you have a concern or complaint about your East Bay Paratransit service, please complete the following form and we will investigate your complaint. If you wish to know what has been done to address the issue, please call our office in 14 days. Sometimes a problem may happen again, despite our actions. If you have a similar experience in the future, please contact us again.
You can also email your commendation for good service. We will let staff know of your appreciation.
