If you have a concern or complaint about your East Bay Paratransit service, please complete the following form and we will investigate your complaint. All complaints are acted on. You will receive a postcard letting you know your complaint was received. You will be notified of the resolution of the complaint at the end of the investigation with instructions to appeal if you disagree with the resolution. If you wish to appeal the resolution of the complaint, please call (510) 902-5999.
