To Actively Participate in East Bay Paratransit
Survey
Once a year an independent survey firm does a large customer satisfaction survey of East Bay Paratransit riders. The survey questions are asked on the telephone to a random sample of riders. Please help us by participating in the survey if you are contacted.
Rider Advisory Committee
East Bay Paratransit has a rider advisory committee that meets every other month, in Oakland. You can attend meetings and speak to the committee. You can also apply to be a member of the committee. Call the Paratransit Coordinator at (510) 893-5949 for more information.
Secret Riders
East Bay Paratransit also gets information from a few riders who keep detailed records on how their rides are going for about six months.
